One absolute reason why this is not a true DMC game

come on people you are acting like you are not even going to give the game a chance to actually be something. i am pretty sure you go to game stop regularly. you do know that they have a seven-day return policy. if you dont like the game just return. nevertheless, the only one seemingly "killing" Dante is you all, not even going to give it a chance. so how about it, would you give it a chance. or would you let Dante become a forgotten memory

I agree with you. People need to at least give this game a chance before judging it. When I saw the trailer I was interested in the game, and I still am.

There are people who prefer judging things without trying them out first and who refuses to try it, because what if they try it and then actually like it?!

No, then it's easier to judge it from a distance.

I love return policies!!! But you cannot return a new game to gamestop without a problem, like a scratch, but even then they will only exchange the game for the same game. I don't care though because i'm buying it the first day it comes out. And if it fails.. well.. i guess.. i'll kill myself, just like everyone else will,:D right?

Speak for yourself, I ain't dying over this.

Look, if you want to give the game a chance that's fine, it's your money, but to say that you shouldn't judge it before you play it is really not a valid reason because if we didn't we'd all be very poor giving everything a chance. This just isn't my cup o' tea, the original franchise was, and I'm not dropin' 60 just because people tell me to give it a chance, that is why god created demos.

If you can tell that this game is not for you, then that is totally alright. The problem is those who trash the game without knowing how it plays out. I don't care for shooters, but I don't go and trash those games on internet fora.

I don't think anyone should die over thing game if it turns out not as good as they may have believe, and i also think noone needs to be killed for making any game either.
I was being sarcastic, and i guess u were too.. sorta.

I agree with you up until the last point. Humans created demos not gods. And i've been playing video games for over 25 years. I never needed anything to go on when buying games before, but its nice to have a demo now so its not a complete waste of money. But thank god for gamestop and gamefly! I prefer the game to speak for itself, not anyone else.

Jesus Christ, another thread which contains nothing but bitching about the same thing people have been bitching about since 2010?

And how is your post about their bitching helping?

If its such a eyesore to you than just ignore it.

Your post isn't going to help anything but make the situation even worse.

This is common in gaming communities. You'll get used to it. As mentioned above, it is best to simply ignore it.

Foolish mortal, is that what you believe? You see, this is why the devil invented the internet, to have you believing the lies.

Yeah, but to ignore it you have to not reply to it and if your not replying to the stuff you don't like then what's the point of been here at all? You tell your opinion and we retort and likewise. Ofcourse at some point we're all going to call it quits if it gets downright anoying, which it will, but it doesn't hurt to drop by every now and then to the oposind side's threads and drop off the ocational F' U'.

Good point there. It's not easy being a gamer on a forum, so many opinions that differ from one another and not all knows how to harness that opinion right. But anyways, this is off-topic. Sorry about that.

For all of you who are deciding to hate this game already, it hasn't been released yet, it won't be for a while. This is the same thing that happened with Dead Island, people got sucked into all the hype and thought it would be a good game, I think it is but could do with fixing, and now everyone basically hates except for a few who didn't think that the trailer would be the actual game, the AC: Revelations trailer, did you think that would be the actual graphics for the game, how it would all be like, no that'd kill many consoles and PC's. All I'm saying is wait, maybe til E3, maybe later, then decide.

And ur here, on the internet, to make sure we know about these lies.

SO WIERD

What? No. You're on your own. If I was here to tell you of it I would've already. See, this is why god invented pm, to let people communicate stuff whitout posting on the main threads.

So why would you reply to me on the main thread still, if you think our conversation seems more relevant in a PM? I think u should of took your own advice.

As for people who are not willing to give DmC a chance is actually asking too much, especially if they aren't excited for it yet. And the only way to really get them excited again is to keep releasing more info on the game. And its still up to the person. I'm going to give it a chance because i loved all the DMC games so far, and I also like HS and Enslaved. I was pretty excited to know that DMC was going to be different because even though i thought the games were great, i still thought DMC4 could of been a lot better and more up to date for the newer hardware.
When i buy a game i usually do a little research about the game (gameplay, storyline) but i make no attempt to be friends with the game creators, and even try to see if they are cool guys. Its completely irrelevant to me. As long as what they are making looks fun then i couldn't careless.
