New York Comic-Con

I wasn't excited for their panel until I heard that guy say there would be new content shown. Now I'm hyped! :D

Usually I'll be hyped too but they always say that and I always go.....

Captivate 2012 was my first time actually looking into the game like this....I liked what I saw but that was only at the beginning so my opinions were as developed as the game at the time.

Then came E3......I was somewhat more impressed mainly the trailer had me hyped up with its high octane action and fast paced stylish deliverance and somewhat interesting story at the time and music and even humor. Plus Tameem promised much more.

Then came California Comic-Con, heh my hype started to die a little bit there, the only thing I liked was the creatively designed night club stage and the music plus the action looked cool but seeing them overuse Osiris, Arbiter, and Rebellion got a bit old.

Thus came Gamescon, for me it started off strong with the Vergil reveal and a new weapon (yeah) but I was disappointed by not how much was shown but the quality of what was shown and Alex, being a retard, promised that there will be something great for longtime DMC fans but he was completely wrong or was stupid, drunk, high, and retarded enough to think that a fire gauntlet weapon that is supposed to mimic Ifrit but slower is capable enough to satisfy long time fans, he was stone cold wrong. The Bob boss fight looked easy while Poison seemed at least challenging.

PAX 2012, showed nothing new but it did go into a little more depth of a Gamescon and was able to pull me in with these small details that I suppose weren't supposed to have been shown (like the keys and the lost souls) and the weapon switch system shows much greater promise than past DMC games. So I gained some interests.

TGS 2012 had a great opening with its trailer but did show off a new interesting stage that I think is the second best stage shown thus far and showed off the ShotGun. It was pretty cool because it showed how great the game looked better than the past builds.

Now apparently this is the last event DmC will be at, this is Capcom's last chance to win in a lot of the fanbase back or pull something amazing for DmC cause right now for DmC's rate of success in the market is 50/50. There is always the demo.

Sorry guys I failed you, the tickets to BGS are all sold out, I won't be able to test stuff and record it for you :(

I doubt it's that cut throat. Maybe a year ago it was but I'm sure it's over 50 now.

EDIT:
Just found another video from NYCC2012
Starts at 32:53

I don't know I've seen a lot of DmC videos on Youtube and read the comments and unless a lot of DmC haters made multiple accounts.

As for DMC's fan base, it looks like it has a fan base of about 2 million people and of which 25% of them now currently hate on the game.

It just seems the DmC winning because it has Reuben Langdon (the voice of Dante), AngryJoe, and many other people who played the demo have all said positive reviews about it. I only see haters still hate the game and its still unknown even if they played the game. The only important figure in the gaming community to give it a bad or a not good review was NeoGameSpark who played the build at NYCC, he didn't say it was bad but not DMC but more Heavenly Sword, but he too was already hating game and I don't think he plays much DMC, or fighting games as he admitted, for he didn't even know what juggling was and he was only like given I think he said like 5 minutes to play the game.

I have to date come across 5 random people on Youtube & Neo who said they played the demo and said that it sucked

So there's apparently going to be some "juicy reveals" and "new content" tomorrow at their panel. Hope they post this content online.

Maybe they'll reveal a final trailer for the game...

I don't want new stages anymore, I'm pretty satisfied with the ones we got ( Under Watch, Overturn and Devil's Dalliance).

Hopefully, they'll explain more about the game and controls, afterall.

Played the game and all I have to say is they did it.

They created the perfect balance between narrative and gameplay. If you can find some way ANYWAY to get your hands on this game's demo and take the time to learn the controls, you'll find so much cool mixups that you'll know that the haters are just upset about the hair. That's the only thing anyone can complain about thus far.

We rotated but, me and my friends went to work on that demo. I saw that there was a thread explaining the controls and all I have to say is...there's more than that! Experimentation ladies and gentlemen, experimentation. I've done some things I never seen in a trailer before. Not exactly sure how, seeing as my first time I just pressed old DMC buttons. No complaints...okay one...I couldn't ****ing get him to do the scythe fake out. Btw, I love the scythe very VERY cool to play with.

I think you had a remarkable experience like I had in TGS!
Yes, they really done something that went beyond our minds.
Welcome to DmC!
