go to the hardware store pick up some tools then go to the pharmacy to get some first aid and then go to the supermarket and get some food and water and a few other things and then head to the police station clear the area and then set some traps from the main gates til the radio room.

another way is to go to a weapon store and take a surviving knife and a battle knife and a gun and a shoot gun and some ammo and get to a safe place.
