That would most likely be for the different weapon skins you can get as pre-order DLC.

It's hard to say that this wasn't directed at me when you said "You anti folks". As well as directly replying to me.

Because I was indeed replying directly to what you said, which you outright ignored, I see. The rant towards the end, though, I realized wasn't all on you, which is why I said I wasn't necessarily talking directly to you with that.

It's a niche genre, so that's not a huge accomplishment even if it were true.

Uh...do you have a point? Does that somehow mean it doesn't slap the **** out of the storytelling in the other games? Just because they don't sell like hotcakes doesn't mean there aren't enough games in the genre to make it an accomplishment.

Now you're just lying. Well, except for it being overly acted. It was under acted. Dante's voice actor sounded like he was falling asleep at points.

Why do I have to lie? And why does Dante have to be giddy and hyper 90% of the time? The guy acted rather natural throughout the whole game. When the time calls for it, he can be extra, but it's not necessary he always act like that. He was only ever like that in DMC3/4, and I think you people are forgetting that those two games are NOT the entire series.

Also all I've said about the 5 hrs part is that I've heard someone beat the game in 5 hrs. I'm not entirely sure if it's true. I never said it was a fact or anything. And if I recall correctly, DmC has about 1 hr and 30 minutes worth of cut-scenes. Probably 2 hrs at the most.

Correction: Actually the game has a STATS mode so i can see time. It wasnt 15 hours on nephilim. It was 10 hours. I died so many times so if someone never dies and skip the secret mission i guess its 7-8 hours on Devil Hunter

If you guys are prophets or telepaths who can play games leaping continents or be in synchro what the player is doing on stream or feel the remnants and suck the memories out of a random internet post. I surrender.
But I will send you to the feds.

the game has the most natural sounding dialogue and interactions between characters (save for poison) ive ever heard in any game, i remember having to listen to dantes woohoos and yeehaaas in DMC3 and being in phisical pain from how corny it was. and dont even get me started on bayonettas dialogue...

Exactly. Though Enslaved was well acted, too. I just finished it today in anticipation after starting it like a year ago, and I'm glad I finally did.

No, I've sat through an entire stream watching a mediocre player run through DmC with Nephlim difficulty and he beat it in around 9hrs. Didn't have much trouble other than the bosses (which is explainable since you need to memorize attack patterns). I've even heard people running through DmC in 5 hours.

The only other reason on why you would take so long to finish a mission is if you are trying to find lost souls, keys, and copper doors. That's about it.
I beat Nephilim in 6:15:36 and I got the acheivement for collecting half of the Lost souls couldn't get rest of them or the keys to the doors because I either didn't have the Angel Boost or Eryx to get to them.

HOW THE HELL DID YOU FINISH SOS? I died twice at Hunter >.<
I guess I just suck badly then

Got to say, SOS makes my thumbs hurt:P But it's an okay mode once you work out what each enemy is doing and which order to tackle them. But I do have problems with being swarmed by smaller demons, then bulldozed by huge ones at the same time. That's when I crowd control with aquila.

Same here. From what
Saw the stream too. I'm being honest. Story, character, setting, enemy, gameplaywise. This could possible be the best DMC game so far. The last 10 mission put me on the edge of my seat. Lot of great performances, emotion, and character depth. Even from Eva who now has a role into the story. I guess I can say that the boss are the downside in DmC, but I really enjoyed Vergil's boss fight (He was actually more difficult than on the other video).
I've seen this game could be the best DmC yet, I very much so enjoy what they are doing by actually adding in a bit of a backstory/

I have another question.
Can you repeat missions?

For example, when you forget a secret mission and wants to repeat the level to do it.

Of course, you can re-do in any mode anytime. So you can take your time If you want to get all keys/doors. Some are very hard to spot so hopefully you can re-do the levels :P

Just finished SoS mode Mundus and Dreamrunners gave me some trouble at the end but apart from that wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, onto DMD mode :)
