Correct we were talking normally as we had done for some time then he comes out and insults me and calls me a '****ing moron' for merely playing on my 360 and not having a PS3 then rants at me for 15mins. I mean come on... we arent on a playground arguing who has the most expensive toy and im not into communicating with children.

I made the decision and i stand by the decision. Ive been sick of his attitude and the general attitude of some people here and he should have been banned for the insulting comment about Muslims anyway. After that insult at a new member and then an insult at me i thought it was time he took leave from here. He clearly had no respect and i dont want that attitude tainting our forums, was only a matter of time before he insulted someone else. Then who they going to come moaning to about it...exactly... me. Also you dont know the full ins and outs of what was said so clearly cannot say if it was right or wrong.

Maybe not but im not having someone with an attitude like that to the owners of these forums around here. Also he had been involved in incidents at should have warranted a ban beforehand anyway but we were lenient.

When he states that he has grown up around here, I do not believe him. If we take the whole racism thing, and then him insulting DD on MSN, then him breaking rules again by creating another account; well, those things happened in the same month, which to me goes to show he never learnt his lesson or matured during this period, therefore he has no excuse for his actions. If these incidents were at separate times, having some space between them then maybe he wouldn't have been banned. But he should have respected the rules of the forum, and its moderators. And his childish behaviour on MSN was just ridiculous; from what I have heard. So all in all, I think he deserved to be banned. But to the majority of us, he was a nice guy.
The most mature answer and most level headed of the posts ive seen and pretty much nailed it right there. +rep to you for that.

FYI - I would recommend NOBODY allows a banned member access to their account in order to post messages, even "apologetic" ones - if somebody starts posting crap in your name, you risk being banned because there is no way of telling who actually said it.
Like I said, I do not know the ins and outs of why the banning took place but I am confident that it would not have occured unless there was a reason for it that affected the rules of this forum.
As you stated ive been insulted and flamed many times before and seen thousands of members come and go from forums. I care not what people say to me or what people think of me and i dont take **** from anyone and dont care who they 'think' they are. The ban was for the good of the forums and to save anyone else being insulted or for anymore threads being tainted. People can sit and shout corruption all damn day if they wish but they have no idea what they are talking about and to be honest i care not.
