Just for anyone who wasn't in the Home closed beta. The Open beta launched last Friday, feel free to go on it.
Oh, its in the second last tab from on the right on the XMB between Account Management and the other one.
 
I went in there on thursday night. It was pretty good I danced with some people in front of a PSP commercial for a while then I played someone at pool. I havent been able to get in there since though.
