I was thinking the same thing. Dante has gone through many changes that a lot of people complained about. Its almost revolting. But, to me, all of the changes actually have changed for the good. Like his appearance is different from last year at tgs. The most obvious change is the lighting. Dante looks more, dunno, the word but,
better would be the word i will use. This game is going to be very gorgeous and shiny and plently of detail that UR3's engine can possibly have. Remember batman AC? beautiful. especially on a huge tv with loud speakers. mind blowing. (the sound in DmC is amazing and is very bass driven. I always thought Dubstep would be great in this game)
Another change is the combat. I think thats where Capcom helped NT at the best and they've been saying this the whole time. The game looks very fluid to me, the animations are way more detailed than tgs but the double jumps and enemy steps and switching weapons shown at Captive gives you a sense of depth that was so familiar, for me, in dmc.
The story, or what ever it was, has.. i guess, changed? More so Dante's personality, but i don't see it all that way. TGS2010 had Dante looking very unstable and hated the sight of demons and was throwing cars at them for no obvious reason. Hopefully there was noone in the car because what dante does in limbo effects the real world. And now, since recently, Dante is ..... well, Dante again. I guess DMC3 is the most people compare it too. But i thought dmc3 dante was a little to silly for me. I thought dmc4's dante was funnier though, but he was on another level of weird to me. funny but weird. And neoDante at Captive, in his birthday suit, whoopin ass everywhere was a little weird to me at first too, but the narration of Dante is where i think most of his Personality will evolve. I think this Dante is funny as hell. The writer for this game has the right idea of being very dry with the humor and when to not be serious and over the top. Its cool to be, i just hope the darker areas of the story remain, especially the interrogation parts.
And now the DT, which was shown last year and hasn't been seen since. Is it going to be like regular NT? Will the enemies just stay on the ground when it happens? or will it not change at all? Who knows, i don't care really. I thought at first i was going to have to learn something new and figure out how to use it. But i think the DT would of gone through some changes, i just don't know what. Hopefully since everything else NT has been doing seems like a step in the right direction, maybe, just maybe the DT will be improved as well
Why? Was he been an a'hole? Did he give her dirty looks or call her names? Did he touch her? Hell to the no. That guy did nothing bad so if Dante had smaked him down not only would he be a prick he'd be a violent one at that. Sorry but slapping that can out his hand like it was cool wasn't, even if he made out to be that it was for fat boy's own good.
I'm not trying to be serious about dante slappin a can from someone that will eventually be a victim of virility drink.
The fat guy was downing the soda first of all and would of walked right through Kat, if she would of stood in his way. And Dante, being a man, could of just asking the guy to say "excuse me" but instead, after the mysterious voice tells him to go and destory the virility factor, he just knocks the soda out his hand. Dante isn't going to side step to anyone. ANd if i;m in control of Dante, i'm going to kick anyone's arse who happen to give me a bad feeling or anything. So if Dante ,nonchalantly ,slapped a can out of the fat guys hand, he, at the least, tried to save this guys life. His life is over. This NPC will continue to walk around with a can of virility for all eternity. While Dante kills only demons while protecting the humans.
