Russell Brand always manages to make me laugh and pick up my moods, I think he's an unrivaled, comic genius compareable only to Jimmy Carr and Billy Connolly.

Other than that, there isn't a great deal that makes me laugh, it depends what sort of mood I'm in though, if I'm feeling immature I can get a laugh out of things like Family Guy, alternatively, I'm in love with sarcastic comedy.

Example: Any of Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw's videos.
