Ppl normally just like to hang around and check out a forum before they join.

If someone likes a certain topic, or wanna get something off their chest, they'll join.

Yeah, I usually like to browse a forum before getting into it, so I know the people and if they react hostile. Or just to get to know where some of the stuff is and etc. XD

I'll admit it, I was one of those people who read an entire section of the forum just to be sure that I can survive joining. There was a forum I joined (I won't be saying names here) where the members were allowed to type expletives as and when they liked... and there were pretty obscene things being thrown around. It's an anime forum... how did it turn into... never mind.
