Well, he does look older here. He was fancy as s*** while hunting demons, now he is relaxing his rheumatic bones. On a serious note, was that look ever canon, or just an Easter Egg reskin?

That look is around since DMC1, u could play as him in 1 and that's what he looked like , decked in purple, Luce and ombra as guns and he had his swords and his dt was part of his shadow

Well technically the LDK costume ain't really Sparda, it's Dante dressing up as Sparda. The real guy, we never really knew what he looked like.

I think what looks off is his clothing and his hair. Other than that he doesn’t look much different to the other picture @Lain posted.

This is the official sparda human form, the other costume were just dante wearing as sparda... Well I think it's legit to see him a bit granny stile here is 100% human, he doesn't have demon power since he separate his power in the 3 weapon the Yamato the rebellion and the sparda, this one was also sealed in the underworld
