What are some of your favorite?

Aside from the usual ones (ie. Dante, Cloud etc...) here are four from the top of my head

_Nero | Devil May Cry 4
_The Prince | Prince of Persia Series
_Sonic/Shadow the Hedgehog | Sonic Adventure Series

Nero because with the Devil Bringer applied he has fantastic combos and great possibilities for future games plus, theres nothing quite as satisfying than countering the Saviours Sparda Blade with a Buster

The Prince, because unlike so many games his focus is on Agility, not speed, strength or laser vision. Able to move through relativly impossible situations with acrobatics that make him like an Arabian Spider-Man - plus, in the Sands of Time Trilogy, Recall (rewind) was a mechanic that was simply awesome.

Sonic has always been an epic character and now his rivalry with his dark and angry counterpart Shadow makes room for some fantastic high-speed races. Sonics speed and sheer 'good-guy' nature makes him a great character to follow, whereas Shadows inner conflict, devil-may-care attitude and the awesome Chaos Control behind him makes for an equally fun and curious character.

I just can't wait to see the above four in their next games and I hope they do them justice.

Hmm,great thread.Other than FF and KH characters,I will list them here.

The Prince (Prince of Persia series) - He is really cool prince that can controls time and have superb agility.

Hito-Shura (Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer's Call) - A super cool half human/demon.

Serph (Digital Devil Saga series) - A very cool guy who can transform into a cannibalistic demon.

Protagonist (Persona 3 and Persona 3 FES) - An uber cool guy who has an emo style blue hair.

Protagonist (Persona 4) - A great guy who has bowl cut hair style.

Leon Kennedy (Resident Evil series) - One of the coolest RE Character.

Albert Wesker (Resident Evil Series) - One of the most mysterious and coolest villain.

Yukari Takeba (Persona 3 and Persona 3 FES) - She is a pretty girl with nice figure.

Yukiko Amagi (Persona 4) - A hot and gentle girl.

Rise Kujikawa (Persona 4) - Super cut and pretty girl.

Elika (Prince of Persia) - The prettiest girl in Prince of Persia series.

Jill Valentine - Hottest girl in RE Series.

Can;t list them more.too many characters that I like.

Besides Dante, Nero, Vergil, Lady, I have a soft spot for Herny, Eileen, Alex, almost anyone from the Silent Hill series, Agent 47 (Hitman series), Lara (Tomb Raider series), the Prince and Farah (Sands of Time), Max (Max Payne), Geaorge and Nico (Broken Sword series), Tidus, Yuna, Lulu, Vincent, Tifa (FF series).
And (if they count as characters) the Big Daddys from Bioshock
