Not a new banner as such, I just updated it a little because the text on the old one just looked extremely dull. I was performing a template upgrade for the homepage when I figured I'd just tweak the current banner a little. I know it isn't drastically different but I feel that it is an improvement over the old one, if only a slight one.

Try hitting CTRL+F5 simultaneously to perform a "hard" refresh. That should do the trick.
