DmC gameplay Breakdown

Don't be so judgemental, rogue_devil. To say that it's because I am a DmC fan is the first thing you are wrong. The game isn't even out yet, but I do have high hopes for the game. But a fan? I wouldn't call it that. Also, it's not because of that I am like this. I can be a bitch, admitted, but that has nothing to do with this game. That's just how I am.

But the main reason I am like this is towards you and ToCool has absolutely NOTHING to do with your opinions about this game. It's your general attitude I dislike. With you, it's like talking to a wall. With ToCool, he will keep arguing until he's either told he's right or if we just stop responding to him so he can get a sense of victory.

That's why I am bitchy towards you two. I apologize for being bitchy though, I seriously can't help it. I will try and be nicer though... it's going to be hard, but I will at least make an attempt.

What about you two? Will you attempt to be nicer?

hey im nice and i do want to like this game its called DMC after all,but its hard to see DMC at all in this game(at least for me),and u guys make harder, when ever i make an argument about this game u guys say something(haters gonna hate or something like) just respond to me with logic and u might turn me around

I dont think those two will be nicer at all. To compare a fully polished game to a game thats still in beta format is silly. And even if the graphics are not good is ridiculous because its a matter of taste and the art direction is different. And with the high production value that DmC was givin, i highly doubt this will be a bad looking game.

If they don't like it for reasons you don't understand, even if they seem stupid, you don't need to call them out on it. They don't like it, and nothing will change their mind except themselves. its not the fact he did it to a demon, its the fact that the old dante would never think like that. he would slid on him or something cool(maybe shove a pizza in the demon's mouth, just kidding) u know what i mean.

Yeah, I agree with this. It's not something Dante would've done. However, I can totally see him shoving a pizza into a demon's mouth. XD

And I retract my previous statement of liking sadist Dante. I'm a pacifist at heart, so seeing even demons die a cruel death is kind of wrenching for me.

Oh, don't get me wrong, it is not because they dislike the new DmC that I respond the way I do. There are people on this forum who dislike this game whom I have the utmost respect for.

see thats the thing, that stuff was never apart of any DMC we know and i just cant accept that much change(i dont think its needed). dont get me wrong it could turn out to be a great game but as new original game, i just feel and almost Certain that their are using DMC's name(wouldnt u) .

Every DMC game had platforming elements in some way or another. Graphics for the reboot are still in progress. We're not seeing a final product here people. We're being shown a preview. Anything and everything can change regarding a preview. We're not entirely sure how gameplay controls are set-up yet. Final looks for this game could be very similar to what we see now, or lightyears away from the preview's showings. What I see now is promising, so at the least, it's worth a rental at minimum. If I don't like a game within the first 30 minutes I spend with it, chances are, I'm done with it as far as I'm concerned.

to be honest when the first trailer came out i didnt care so mush about what he looked like(i wasnt happy about it,but i couldve lived with it)but they went too far,his personalty, the whole back story is gone as far as we know,the angel thing, and hes the only one that can see the demons,and robot demons common u have to admit thats dumb, and the cut scenes i dont know about that but im not getting my hopes up, oh and they replaced the fightng styles with demon and angel mode or something.i know its a reboot but its just too much.
and i bought MvC3 just because dante is in it DMC is the only game i ever cared about(pure fun for me)

me too. but its not the end. its might be the end if you knock it before you try it like alot of people have said. I hate reviews and i dont trust anyones word. But i do know i will buy DmC the day of and get my money back the same day if it sucks

I never base my opinion from through other people's opinions in reviews. I want to try the game before making my own opinion. I do that with movies too. And well, other things in life. That's just what I prefer to do. I just don't feel good about forming my mind about something out of what others say...

exactly. Another thing i'm concerned about is the difficulty. I hope it has hard, very hard, DMD, and Heaven and Hell mode
