Well thats what there doing....but it would of been easier to just keep dante the same and have guaranteed sells would it. i'm pretty sure if another dmc4 clone came out it would sell like clock work
at least ur not trying to convince ur self that this is devil may cry, the reson why they didnt go the easy way is the same behind it all money, capcom will loss nothing because if this game crash and burners NT will suffer all the after math and capcom will continue later with the original series, but if makes decent success they could make like a spin off, u know milk it tell its dry,and NT will make in it(the spin off). the point is NT is a small developer and DMC is there ticket to fame

I'm a ninja-lover, and Lucia's fighting style is so ninja. Agile, dualwielding blades, throwing knives... Love it.
And she was quite beautiful too and I liked the whole "rejected clone" storyline, though somewhat cliché, but hell, DMC is rather cliché. :p

Machine gun daggers. I nailed Lucia's story with just the daggers alone. Didn't upgrade anything else. Yeah, they don't do much damage (even upgraded) but when you can chain gun daggers at anything, it becomes a moot point. LoL

Live in ignorance if you wish then...

sounds pretty boring to just use daggers he whole time(nevermind, just watch some youtube and yeah... cool)

And capcom will lose a chunk of change if DmC doesnt sell well, and NT isnt a small developer, Heavenly Sword was a PS3 original with innovative story telling with a high production value. Right now their using the same studio to do the mo-cap as they did for Avatar. I think NT and capcom, if they pull it off, will make a pretty bad ass game thats engaging with the cut-scenes and revolutionary gameplay. The fact that they didnt just copy and paste another sequel just shows that they have confidence in this new interpretation

i agree 100%, but that does not give them the right to use me for there profit and they are not even given the basics of the game i love, its a spit in the face really

if you buy any game, you're being used for the profit, I'm sorry, but by definition, you buying any game automatically gives SOMEONE else a profit. As for the whole "Gamestop" controversy, there is such a simple fix that it shouldn't even be looked at as a problem. The main companies (Sony, Nintendo, etc.) could open up their own shop for buying and selling games. They make profits, devs make profits, and gamers can still get cheap, used games. So I'm not buying into that stupid debate. If anything, they are shooting themselves in the foot with their own laziness. I don't see how this is a "new" game with DmC slapped onto it, considering it's gameplay, story, and atmosphere all say DMC! Even from the miniscule amount of story we know (which is pretty much nothing), you can see DMC all over it. The ONLY thing separating DmC from DMC, aside from the capitalization, is the fact that Dante looks slightly different (which is likely to change as the story progresses) and that it's running on 30 fps as opposed to 60 fps, which really doesn't say anything since there are decent hack-and-slash games out there that use the same and play very fluidly.

I like the fact that music will be developing as you make better and cooler combos, it will just add to that cool feeling.
it would be nice to see city changing as you walk through it.(Like in the second trailer)
Many changes are happening as they release new trailers, well Dante looks more polished (no bruises) now and we didn't see Dante smoking quite a while xD.
Music from the first trailer really fitted it best and would like to see more of that.
Explanation of that psycho evaluation should be revealed in the near future.
Robotic marionettes look great to beat the **** out of them :).
Boss designs should be interesting in more grotesque-way as seen at the end of second trailer.

I find the world being alive and falling apart something that just rocks my bones.
