Well Nero did say : Now i know this HAND WAS MADE for sending guys like you back to hell: so hmmm...

Uh...(lol) i think the arm was an experiment. Him being possesed sounds alittle cheesy to me idy.

Actually the whole possession thingy comes only because we know Nero heard or frequently hears that voice who wants power.
As for the experiment, it sounds more logical because if possession was so easy, many other could have been possessed too. But usually the only guys who get possessed are people who from the beginning wanted to use/have the devil's power - Arius.
So in Nero's case it may be both. He could have taken power thanks to one of Agnus' experiments to make battling against demons more efficient - which sounds weird unless we hear of other similar cases since I don't understand why Nero should be the only one having this privilege - and then as time passed and he became more accustomed with the arm a possession started.

Remember when they said Dante and Nero will have a connection in the game?. well i think the connection is they where both orphans and both there parents were slain by demons and they both are devil hunters. If thats not a connection idk what is.

What if the Possession was due to a misuse of a Relic or Item that contains Power, so in essence, an unwanted yet somewhat accepted Possession.

For example, lets say Agnus was fiddling around with some Demonic Relic, a Possessed Artifact, a Weapon from the Underworld or lets say an Item that belongs to Dante imbued with Power.
Now, Agnus' experiments could well have awoken a Force, Demonic in essence, but either good or bad from within one of those objects and due to being awoken, in its anger it decided to seek refuge in the Body of Nero since its own resting place was tampered with.

Now, lets say for a moment that Dante felt this and came to Fortuna to find who had disturbed this entity, in turn upsetting Dante for some reason, example, a bond he has with this object that housed the entity or the entity itself. So Dante comes in his rage to Fortuna to harm those who harmed this entity/object, and knowing or not that they are Wrong Doers, and thus suspecting that Nero awoke the Entity.
So, he asks for an item back all the while suspecting the entity has been awoken, then testing Nero and not fighting back initially, then pushing Nero to his limits till he is forced to reveal the Devil Bringer, at which point Dante decides that everything is fine, the entity has its existence and Dante bails and goes about Killing Demons in Fortuna!

Crap. I wanted to watch episode 9 but the only thing I got was an unsubbed one. Now, back on topic. In episode 8 when the guy thought Dante was Tony, he took Dante to his house. Dante looked at a picture there and I actually saw on that picture a woman standing there holding Aarons and Dantes hand. It was sweet, though when I saw that picture I thought the guy would have mistaken Dante for Vergil.
But, seems that I was wrong. Though I still hope that Vergil is in episode 10.
