Vergil will NOT be making an appearance in DMC4.
This was stated by one of the producers in a short interview by Gametrailers.

Well, sorry to go off topic aswell, but he seems to be new. The song is still inknown, all we know is that it is a remix of the DMC3 one. Devils Never Cry. Hope that helps.
