Who ever the writers choose to have win when they make a movie with dante and cloud fighting.
THERE NOT REAL PEOPLE.

But in my oppinion Cloud is way more powerfull.
But that doesn't mean it would lead to a better story if he won. thats why the writers sometimes have the weaker one win. Thats why I said what I said above.
