Well last year Steve's cousin came round and coughed on everyone two days before Christmas so both Steve and I caught a really nasty bought of the flu and Christmas day was spent throwing up and passing out...again and again Poor Jessica - she had the crappiest time because we had to keep her in her room with a DVD because neither of us could stomach the thought of even getting out of bed, let alone cooking food...

So this year I'm aiming to stay healthy (well, other than the enormous amount of crap I intend to eat ) and have a good time. We tend to see family before or after and just spend the day with just us and the dog, so we keep it as stress free as possible

Yeah, I don't know where the time has gone :lol: But apart from Halfords being gay and refusing to refund my money for something I don't even want, it's going to be all good. Our oven broke earlier this year so we're not having a traditional lunch, which will be weird, but instead everyone is picking their favourite meal and I'll cook them...at least that way nobody moans about sprouts :lol:

Yup, finally managed to get all but one of my missing achievements back on my 360 earlier...but I'm still waiting for my wages for October, so that's annoyed me a bit. But tis not the end of the world, so otherwise all is good

Anyway by that same argument, materia works the same way. It only contains the "How" for spellcasting, not the acctual spell.

And I know that Cloud could cast without Materia because the same spells exist in other FF games where the charecter's don't need materia, just thier inner power.

So I follow up on ur point by saying that if Dante gets DT without a devil arm, Cloud gets spells without materia. Because they work the same way.

As of right now there is no proof that he can, we haven't seen it.

The creator of the first DMC said that yes, DMC 2 isn't cannon. It was made by a compleatly different team you know.

And anyway we don't know if the swords you get in the game aren't just lame devil arms. Rebellion was the first sword you get, so it's a devil arm.
