I kinda doubt multiple weapons in this game. They've already shown Dante with a shape-shifting sword(Heavenly Sword style), so I'm pretty sure they'll be several forms of that blade. Everybody only counts three forms because that's what the trailer showed. That doesn't have to be definite yet...
It would interesting/cool if his DT in this game was just him with fully white hair and red(der lol) eyes. Since this is his is origin, and white hair was supposed to be the symbol of his half-breed blood, fully white hair in this game could be his very first DT before it matures and what not...
I agree with everybody who says DMC fashion should be restricted to it's own world. There's no reason to try and model Dante's fashion based on referecences in real life because Devil May Cry is supposed to take place in an alternate, fictional world. I've never really had a problem with Dante's...
Actually...I kinda like making a new thread for all the news lol. It easily separates old news from new news. With this, people will have to scroll and go through pages to respond to news...just my two cents though.
Lol@SpawnShooter and Lady, I get as excited as everybody else when I find new news so I figure this board should be the first to know of it, if I can help it.
My attention is fully on Capcom now, though. They succeeded in their quest to purposely **** off fans for publicity so now I want a...
I'm back again with another news update. This was written on the 21st of this month so it's pretty recent. Again it's a small news update though.
Here's the link.

Discuss thoughts.
Plot details are still being kept under wraps but based on many interviews and riddle talk, it seems like the story could possibly be connected to the main series. The official statement right now though is that it is a "retelling of Dante's origins".
This isn't really anything big at all, stuff we've heard before. It does say the game will be out sometime next year though. It's an interview IGN did with Capcom. Here's a link though I'll get the IGN link if you want.

I'm sorry but truth is truth lol. Platinum WTFROFLMAOSTOMPS Ninja Theory into the deepest bowels of hell lol. Ninja Theory is VERY good with plot and characterization but that's where the good stops. We all KNOW Platinum Games would've created the most badass DMC game to date. Truth is definite...
Quoted for truth. The biggest reason for disappointment is indeed the way Capcom approached this project. I, too, expected a DMC 5 to wrap things and explain Nero's origins. It would have been nice. There are rumors flying that Capcom will still produce DMC5 regardless of this new game but I...
You know what I wish? I wish he wouldn't wear pants that so tight that he could go scuba diving in them lol.
Nah but seriously, his clothes aren't too bad. The jacket is a just a bit iffy in my opinion but his pants are too tight(and they look like a modern twist on bell-bottoms...never cool lol).
I would agree with you SpawnShooter about DMC battles being cinematic. In every DMC game I played, the boss battles felt(rather than just looked) like they were taking place on a such a large scale. DMC boss battles have always been great, in my opinion, with the exception of a couple average...
Yeah, I think this interview is the best one yet also. It shows that NT DOES in fact care about the original series and what it meant to the fans on SOME level or another. They seem like they are trying hard to please the fans but also their employers(Capcom) somewhat equally. Devil May Cry is a...
By now you should know what my posts mean. If you don't, I'll tell you one last time. I am the bringer of DmC: Devil May Cry news. I'm not alone in my plight, but I've accepted my fate lol.
Anyway, here's the goodies. I found an interview G4TV did with Alex Jones(Capcom) and Tameem(Ninja...
