Well, I have something in my mind...
Since the title means Metal Gear Solid Rising, maybe, just maybe, means that It shows how Raiden got the suit - like Raiden's rise to being a Cyborg Ninja and all - as from a pic I've seen in the net, Raiden is shown sneaking with the HF Sword out on Crying Wolf.
Maybe this game is just a MGS4 expansion pack - playing It by Raiden's view - like Crysis Warhead was to the original Crysis.
Eh, It's just speculation but that's all I can think of and what's more reasonable in my opinion.

But will this little info and the game being announced just now, I say It's early to make a clear view of the game just now.
