Oh, I should imagine it is...they only slip through if they don't post, so someone can have an offensive sig or link without the majority of people picking it up. I'm just grateful we've managed to get rid of those who post porn videos and photos of children being abused...not what you want to look at when eating your breakfast, I can assure you...
