Yeah, I've noticed :lol: Well, the last tennet got ALL the money that he was given by the council or whoever to pay for the rent, but he ended up running off which means never actually paid the Landlord the rent. It took 2 months for this letter that says the rent will go right to the Landlord and not the tennet, so the they don't get ripped off ^_^ With the Morgage at £900 a month he kinda needs it right away.

Sent you the PM. When I first thought of this 'question' I knew what I was going to say, but it seems it ended up not being a question.

Oh, and it seems my doctors appointment can only be on Thursday which isn't exactly good enough.

I'm off to the doctors tomorrow/today the pain that I'm having is getting a lot worse my neck is so painful I can't move my head and if i look down my chest gets tighter....for some weird reason. I used to take Co-Codamols when I was constantly having migrains, but they didn't seem to do much good to be honest. Solpadiene, I have never heard of that pain killer before. You know, that seems really tempting to try it, it's been a while since I was last off my head:lol:

I'll go see them, hopefully sometime this week. I hope they'll be able to give me some decent information and what I can do, you know.

You have already seen what I have said, almost everything I said in that post actually came from this conversation and talking to Andy about this place. If you don't have proof of what has been said in a PM, then why mention it, really? I agree, at this rate we will not be able to find who the members are that are causing people to leave and not reconsider coming back, once everything has been sorted. Wow, I can see how that would have been a bit of a mess... All that arguing between staff, it is a good job Steve did help you out and everything He does appear to always be right From past talks with him, he is very smart in what he says and everything He has already done so much around here though, that is why he probably doesn't come on as much. He knows the ins and outs, and gets informed about all that has happened He does an awesome job here, without being around You do a fantastic job also, and so do all the others I am mostly talking to staff and seeing how well they control things

Wow, really? I am a little sensitive to what people say, and come on as too defensive sometimes. I never mean to be like that, I just find I can't help it that much...I can learn to control it though, and I try my hardest to not let things get to me.

So true. Whereas that is different if your pal has always been an admin/mod, because then it is what you have come to expect from them. But then again, if you went easier on them because they were your pals they wouldn't take you so seriously and they would continue. Best to be straight forward with them, then have whatever it is that is wrong continue.

Wow, 9... And it sounds like hard work, and you'd have to really want to be one to be good at it. I mean, having to deal with all that you mentioned isn't a walk in the park. It means responsibility, and you have to be so polite to everyone. I guess you really don't know how well someone is going to cope being one, until they are one :lol: All talk and no action isn't something you are looking for in a mod I guess ^_^
