Does anyone else have a feeling that Phineas is upto no good?
I think that there is something fishy about phineas

I don't think he's up to no good, I just think he has a different agenda to Dante and Vergil. Why would he show Dante the way to Bob Barbas if he was up to no good?

So that Dante and vegil can do his dirtywork themselves and then he can stab them in the back

I wonder if it will get to the point where Phineas turns on them and gets the Order HQ raided or somthing. Maybe that's why Kat is captured?
He just seems too eager to help out. I don't think wanting his eye back is all Phineas is after.

There's a scene where Vergil is explaining their history to Dante and that demon collaborator turns up. Why is only Dante dragged into Limbo? Surely Limbo can sense Vergil has Sparda's blood and would want him dead too?

Or is Vergil not dragged in as well because Mundus doesn't know he exists? Maybe there's something significant about Vergil not being pulled into Limbo?

From what we know so far, Mundus only knows about Dante, he has now idea that Sparda and Eva had twins and that Vergil is also a Nephilim.

Dante is apparently the only one who can exist in Limbo, something about a specific gene. That's one of the reasons why Vergil recruited him.
But in the Downfall trailer Virgil is clearly in Limbo also in the Virgil reveal trailer it shows Dante and Virgil in limbo at the same time with the whole we need to trust each other thing. I think they only send Dante into limbo since it probably benefits him more like him remembering his past, new weapons, abilities, ect.

Plus, the demons don't know about Vergil being the other nephilim, they think, by the admission of Mundus in the cutscenes we've seen, that there's only Dante. They have no reason to pull vergil into Limbo yet

What happened to Dante's first encounter with Vergil?
Dante: You're my brother
Vergil: Your twin brother. I've been looking for you for a long time now.

That was editting for the trailer, when you see the entire scene that has been release, that is NOT how the exchange goes, the "you're my brother?" is asked later in the conversation.

We actually have no idea where he is in Vergil's Downfall. He could be somewhere completely different, but we just assume he's in Limbo. A lot of different things could happen at the end of the game, anyways. justifying wherever he ends up.

If anything i bet he's in a deeper part of limbo and unlike previous area where we enter limbo in the main game you cant use one a kats portals to escape or see human silhouettes. But the point is Virgil was in limbo with Dante tryin to escape on one of Kats portals in a previous trailer.
