I can't see the franchise continuing without him.

Unless they reboot the franchise and make a complete fresh start. I'm not sure how I'd feel about that...

Well thats a shame hope they make decent new IP than.

That said, the franchise will probably continue in some fashion as it makes Sega money.

But looking at that trailer, all I can think of is..."It's time to get a PS4."

As a side note, I'm glad Kiryu is back to wearing his grey suit since he was depicted solely wearing a blue jacket in the Yakuza 6 demo.

Though I would be down for it to appear as an alternate costume.

grey suit is definitely must have as iconic look for him. Especially since its last episode of his story
