What is the purpose of the Capcom by dmc 4 se?

I started to think about the dmc 4 se. Quite strange that DmC after, seven-year-old game made a special edition.Do you think?

May sound banal, but the most likely hypothesis I can think of is that THEY NEED MORE MONEY!

You know, being the best selling DMC game, they probably thought a Special Edition would be an insta-buy for DMC fans. And something tells me they were not wrong...

Money too, but it's seems to be somewhat of a test. They need to know if DMC is still likable by the people and if there is still market for it.

Mostly money I guess but it doesn't seem like a simple cash-in with the features they're adding to it. They probably know that most of the DMC fans will buy it. Maybe they're also checking if there's still a lot of people interested in more DMC. Hopefully there are.

Someone on here said a while back that maybe it's to get a new team or newer members accustomed to this style of game after all it's been 7 years since they made a game like this in house so maybe this is just the testing grounds before the making the move onto DMC5.

Money obviously but if i'm wrong IF only, DMC4:SE would paved the way for DMC5, just wishful thinking i guess.
