What improvements would you like to see ?

Before DmC reacheases GOLD status ( 100% Complete ) I think we should say what problems might cause negative reception from critics and avoid them possibly. The problems I'm talking about are:
- Glitches;
- Environment problems;
- Lighting;
- Shadows;
The problems I find that caused some irritation during gameplay are the shadows, sometimes they are flickering and distant from the character.
As you may notice when you finish killing the last creature in the area it goes into a slow motion with a close up, it awesome, but when you do the environment kill, the game just slows down, it may be rare but it's not a huge problem ( just saying ).
There is also a strange thing that when there is lots of things going on and the environment goes white and disappear for a moment, that can get you killed like in the stream today.
The thing annoying in the PAX stream the new featurre when the boss or a new creature appear there is this awkward font, come on, the warning font of the limbo is more cooler why not use it in the presentation and make the pause scene more cooler.

There's the few things I notice, the game is awesome as it is, if you find some things that not includes the weapons design, story or combat ( because it is controlled by capcom ), please share your opinion.
 
I'm pretty sure the boss and enemy title screens will be much more detailed and interesting once the developers work on them more.
 
The glitches are my most major concern with the game right now. If they were regular old glitches, then that would be ok, but most of these are game breaking bugs. Some of which will not even allow you to continue progress through the level. The good thing is that it tends to be outside combat.... which means combat is really tight and well done.

I would like them to change the DT icon picture of Dante back to the one in my avatar XD Because now he looks the same but with white hair, this one looks cooler and demon-like. Or maybe that will be for later on in the game? Dunno.
 
No glitches, frame-rate drop, or freezing that is all.......everything else is still mute since much of the game isn't revealed yet.

Ha ! You're right, he looks like Paul from Tekken. Hope they change it, though.
 
Just the small glitches, and the work with the shadowing on characters. That poison fight was getting on my nerves with the shadows, and Dante looked like he had paint on his face.>_<

why don't they show it? They only focus on XBOX...I'm a bit worried about that.

you press X + SQUARE to do inverse rainstorm (ps3)
you press X + SQUARE in the air to do rainstorm (ps3)

What about the timing to perform the move?

Do I have to press both buttons at the same time or press one and 2 secs later, the other?

If I press X, I'll jump. During the jump, if I press square, Dante will shoot like any DMC game.

Yes you have to press them at the same time, like how you would do a grapple move on a fighting game.

I guess due to the Enslave glitch issues....I can see that they're trying to put more focus on the XBox but its possible if they put too much attention on the XBox it might end up like Bayonetta for the PS3 too.
 
I'd like to see smaller hitboxes on some stuff, it looks pretty bad when he's in the air far away from the enemy and suddenly he enemy steps NOTHING.

Or invisible swords hitting him out of the air.

And I wonder if they know what they're doing with the height of the levels, it's really easy to stay in the air and go higher in this game, it was not uncommon at all for Greg to stay on the ceiling during the overturn demo and the camera would go crazy.

Aside from that and the obvious things (like fixing glitches), I think it looks really promising and the speed of the progress is fantastic, I wonder if we'll see even more tweaks at NYCC.

When is TGS?
 
Did anyone find any actual framerate problems?
There seem to be minor graphical issues here and there, but no framerate drops.

Other than fixing those pesky glitches we've seen over the past month, I'd like to see more weapons and combos.

I hope the rainstorm move lets you float in different directions like the past

right now the rainstorm looks like its pretty stationary.
