Not very good for my blood sugar but the only thing that's keeping down. So.

Triple chilli and cajun southern fried pork chops and mash potatoes

Ground beef patties. And yes, I eat them without bread.

Chilli cajun and white pepper pork chops with curry sauce rubbed on them with a brush and cooked like that in the oven

So spicy and delicious

Eh, nothing beats a hard-boiled egg with salt.

A full irish breakfast this morning, sausage rasher egg and black pudding(known as blood sausage to all ye international people lol)

Had hash brown and white pudding with it too, and bread.

Nothing too special, just a traditional Sunday Roast Dinner.

Will be having that myself in about 3 hours, mash potato with white pepper milk and butter mixed in, crispy roast potatoes cooked in goose fat and some lamb or pork with spicy gravy and seasoning over it all.

And a big pint glass of milk.
