Okay, you guys ever heard of Gradius? If you have, then you probably know of the sheer difficulty of Gradius III's arcade version. It makes Ninja Gaiden look like a cakewalk.

Star Ocean, The last hope, on Universe mode. Unless you grind for about 3-4 hours on at the start of the first mission (no joke) EVERYTHING owns you in a hit or two.
Then after that it's just insane.

Armored Core For Answer. An absolutely solid game, either that or I'm just crap at it.

DMC3:SE. Playing with Vergil is...proving difficult.
And Bayonetta. I've never died so many times in so little time. But I love the game, I find it a lot more fun than DMC to be honest, so I don't mind dying over and over.

have you tried NG1? i'm not talking about sigma or black.
the second hardest difficulty on NG1 is like the hardest on NG2 if you ask me. it's just a nightmare, plain and simple! :O

Ghost recon 2:advanced warfighter.Easy mode,you die with 4 buletts,normal,you die with 3 or 2 bullets,hard you die with 2 or one bullets.Man it's totally insane!!!!!!!!!!!I can't win the 4th mission at easy!!!

Ninja Gaiden I & II are epic on Master Ninja, Devil May Cry 3: SE was fun but painful on DMD mode and Alone in the Dark was just downright hard to play (ugh) ^^
