thinking about canon is fun i agree

i think good writing is more important if something is non canon but written exceptionally well i consider it more important to me

hypothetically if there was a really really bad manga chapter that everyone hated and even Toriyama said was bad it would still be canon unless retconed

so ya good writhing to me is far more important i don't care if its actually canon

but even if something is written well it should be considerate enough to have everyone in character and not contradict the proper canon

Hmm,i'm 3 minutes in the video and i'm already calling bullshit on this guy! there is no such thing as "Anime canon"anime is just manga animated with additional obviously non-canonical fillers.

I really hate it when DBZ fans just go out of their way to make it seem like anime has its own "canon" somehow when clearly it doesn't unlike hellsing anime DBZ anime is exactly the same as manga so its a misnomer to even suggest that it has its own "canon".

I'm "watching" a still image from one of my favorite games ever and I'm just happen to be listening to the sound that accompanies it.

Dear Lord. That music. That atmosphere. Those memories.

This music plays when you're in the middle of tracking down a lead (and when it's raining at the same time); it makes you really feel like you're just a guy (not a detective, just your average Joe) who's trying to solve a difficult case in Yokosuka, Japan.

While the Yakuza series and Persona 3 and 4 come close to matching the overall atmosphere, in the end, they fall just a tad short when in comparison to the Legendary Shenmue.
