Maybe they refer to themselves as Young Money because they are young and making lots of money. Or just that the money they make is young (New, fresh, recent money). They refer to making money for what they are doing in their present time. So Young Money could just mean the money they earn at this present date. Money ages with time, in a sense. In a way, everything ages. Everything ages because time always moves forward. Meaning old money would be money already made in the past, which is no longer young money. Or just as I said, old money would be money made by a previous track they released.

Anyway, maybe I'm totally overthinking this. Either way, I couldn't care at the moment whether I am overthinking it or not.
