I've never played League of Legends before but I do love this song! The vocals got me interested and so I did some research. The singer is Agnete Kjølsrud of the band, Djerv.

... Speaking of Djerv, here is one of their tracks.

Agnete is also affiliated with another band that I have't listened to in years, Dimmu Borgir.
