Making proper food, first time in AGES because my health has recently been so bad I didn't bother to cook (even though it's one of my favourite hobbies).
So, a cheesy fish-potato-spinach-casserole is in the oven (and it's HUGE! We're gonna eat it for at least a week) and a wonderful scent of thyme and garlic is filling the kitchen. I'm starting to remember how to be alive. :inlove:

Doing a little editing, soon to start getting ready for the day. Then it'll be a mash-up of editing, housework, walking the dog, watching an episode or two of Citrus, and hopefully some reading (now that my slump seems to be easing up a bit--and the story is getting more interesting).

First time making plush toys. Not bad for first attempt

Participating in my first-ever PitMad on Twitter (it's where writers pitch their finished but unpublished manuscripts in Tweet-sized posts in the hopes of garnering an agent). Also working on the outline for Static and contemplating whether to visit a friend or not.

Just got back from brunch with a friend and now trying to find something delicious and healthy to make for dinner tonight, knowing full well that I'd rather be eating crap.

But having just seen a candid photo of myself on WhatsApp...yeah, fatty needs to stop eating nice things.

On the agenda today: Getting ready to walk kiddo to her stop, trying to get back into outlining Static, making egg salad, walking the dog, finishing the book I'm reading, and finally getting around to (re)watching the Psycho-Pass movie.

Thank the gods I got the housework done yesterday, despite how crappy I felt. It's nice to have a day that isn't busy, start to finish.
