Signing kiddo and I up for an astronomer webinar happening tomorrow. One of my cousins recommended it, and I figure it's a good opportunity for a little extra curricular schooling. Also need to do some shopping later today, and will be attending a group convo through Zoom tonight.

Decided to try climbing virtual mountains whilst stuck at home as a form of exercise.

So, using the stairs, we pick a mountain to climb from a list and then see how long it takes. Today's mountain was Bukit Timah Hill in Singapore, which is only 164 metres but my leggies are not happy.

I'm not going to lie, I nearly died. Going from couch potato to mountaineer in 3 minutes was a bad move...but by end of lockdown, my body might possibly thank me for it...?

Just wrapped up a fair bit of reading this morning (largely beta-reading, but also some simply for enjoyment--not that the beta-reading hasn't been. It has). Now I'm thinking breakfast might be a good idea. After that, my day will consist of making sure kiddo puts in her spelling work for Google classroom, as well as any other assignments she has due today. Also will read more to her (been going back and forth between that and letting her independently read, too), assigning her chapter questions, brainstorming on marketing/promo stuff for the anthology, and later, making dinner.

I get up later, but my days are busier by far. Still, I don't mind it. ^^
