Still playing indiana jones, beat the main story so now i am revisiting map areas to complete the side quests and find everything. Doing the same in stalker 2, and my next major game will be sniper elite resistance followed by avowed. Then kingdom come deliverance 2 , and assassins creed shadows.

The past few days, I've played:

Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain
Crossbow: Bloodnight
Mullet Mad Jack
Marvel Rivals
Tekken 8
Brotato

I was on the final quest in FF16, then the DLC beginning quests just pop up. I decided to put FF16 to the side, although keep it installed as a constant reminder to finish it ASAP. I started the original Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain on GOG tonight, before getting around to the Soul Reaver Remastered Collection. I've also played a bit more KCD1 in prep for KCD2. Hopefully I can finish it before KCD2 releases.

Also, I think I am retiring from Brotato for now. I have all 176 Achievements and wanted to make it a goal to focus on Danger 5 (D5) Endless Mode (Wave 20+) on some characters to maybe set some community records. But D5 in the DLC is just too unbalanced and unfun. Some characters I wanted to use are either known to be unviable or have a weird stat bug (too long to explain). And Endless Mode may be buggy as it stopped one of my and another player's run unexpectedly.

Pretty frustrating and discouraging to get to Wave 20+ in D5 just for the game to decide to stop it, wth. I was willing to try to test it more for bug reporting on the devs' discord. But D5, again, is just...too unfun in the DLC. I gave up after a handful of tries that I couldn't even get to Wave 20 to start Endless. ...I guess I can still try to test Endless in a lower D#. But that seems to be an even bigger misuse of time.

I finished Alan Wake 2 and loved it. I'm gonna take a break before I jump into the bonus content.

I'm starting Jedi Survivor

I started silent hill 2, and then the bearings went in the fan of my launch model ps5. So i have to order a new fan unit, heatsink and power supply and liquid metal are all good as i clean it thoroughly every 3 months as i do with my series x and s.

I gave into temptation and bought FF7 Rebirth on sale. I loved Remake so it felt like reuniting with an old friend.

Kingdom Hearts was my introduction to FF. So having FF7R use the active battle system is a full circle moment.

Have fun with the constant party changes and forced mini games that ruin the pacing, rebirth was a massive letdown after remake. Has so much filler that it ruins any momentum you build up.

It locks story progress for these stupid mandatory parts too.

yeah I'm 50/50 on the remake trilogy myself. I enjoy them but feel like that energy and resources would be better used in other projects than stretching out this remake.

so the padding is an issue I'll deal with when I get there.

FF7R

the side quests begin. I started another side quest while trying to finish a different one.

the miniboss is pretty tough.
