It's an indie game by a dev called Spyn Doctor - you can get it on Steam but I'd wait for it to come under a deal because it's quite pricey. Kind of like Lemmings but with drawing and little bugs with a mind of their own. Fun but can be very frustrating - I'm stuck right now so I've ragequit for the time being
