Speaking of which, you guys should look at some of the count downs on Top 10 Gaming Controversies 2013 from Angry Joe. There's the thing on the Phil Fish Meltdown/Fez 2 Cancellation, and Anita Sarkeesian & The Gross Sexist Response that had about death threats too.

its the word we live in. if we don't get what we want, we threaten to kill (and sometimes we even go through with it). i don't see why we should be so flabbergasted. its a part of our daily routine. we always wish death upon something when the events in our little schemed "life blueprints" do go accordingly. we lose a fight: I'LL KILL YOU! your loved one is harmed: I'LL KILL YOU a videogame doesn't do what you want: I'LL KILL YOU! and though you didn't plan for your anger to erupt like that, it was bound t happen anyway, because its just all part of the larger plan of human nature
