Seriously? I have accepted long time ago that people like DmC.
If you haven't noticed i am VERY active on theories of what the story of DmC might be.

It's funny how i observed some people saying that the Tameem=Dante resemblance is stretching it or reading to much into it. And when i make a topic to discuss it - it becomes "CoolDemon your on a crusade to hate on everything about DmC".

Ask DeadLegend or Chocolate if i haven't accepted that people like DmC. They should be able to give you the answer that you so much ignore.

If these forums are for discussing positively about DmC only - then why don't we all go and register at Ninjatheory forums instead? And some of my points have been misunderstood. Right now i can't bother to clarify.

Alot of people do not like the direction DMC is taking with this game and alot do.

Its pretty much 50-50 all around judging by what I have seen.

Nobody is the minority or majority in this situation.

Just a divided fanbase.

I've said this once or twoce before but I think that the game might've been more succesful had it been a spin off, a game based on DMC, or a game set in the DMC universe with a diferent character. Ether of those might've gotten a better responce than this one did.

I get that people have their own opinions and may love or hate the new Dante/DMC. That's whatever. What I don't get is how some people say the game is unsuccessful. It isn't even out yet. True it has gotten a lot of negative feedback but success hasn't even become part of the equation yet. You never know, sales might be through the roof upon release...on the other hand they might not. There just isn't anyway to tell if it will be successful yet. Unless you can read the future, in which case you should give me a call.

I didn't say financialy succesful, and by the context of the rest of the post I figured that'd be obvious, I meant succesful with the fans, in making the impression they wanted to make.
