Zu'Coni caught the dagger and sighed. "May Vanue forgive you." Ziodyne didn't feel the attack. Neither Akarutei or his fire python of death and craziness could do any damage.

Ithavol stopped in midair. He drew a cross in the air and held his hands together, praying. "May the glory of the four Cardinal Virtues light your path, no matter how dark..."

Ziodyne opened his mouth preparing to devour Akarutei.

Ithavol stopped praying and looked up at Akarutei. "Could my prayers have been answered...?" He said quietly.

The angel that attacked Akarutei appeared to have blue robe,he also had a hood and had a sword and a sheild. The angel smashed Akarutei against a wall which made his snap out of his anger. The angel glared at Akarutei and then took off his hood.He seemed to look alot like Akarutei, ecxept younger.
"I never expected to see you again...Arkatei"said the angel.

"Skulk...."said Arkatei.

"I told God that he should have taken away all of your powers and your lance...but no,he wanted to show a little bit of gratitude for you being great help to us in our battles..."said Skulk.

Ithavol walked up behind Skulk and cracked his neck. "And you might be?" Ithavol said in a slightly angry tone.

Skulk looked Ithavol in a menacing way."I am Skulk, one of God's best soilders and unfortunately...I am the brother of Akarutei..."

Akarutei looked away because he was ignoring what Skulk was saying.

"You shouldn't be here..."Akarutei muttered.

"I heard that, and I'm here because of the demonic energy that you were releasing,God letting you keep that power was a priviledge...not a right."said Skulk.

Ithavol cracked his knuckles. "You looked at me that way because I serve the Cardinal Virtues instead of that bastard you call God, correct?"

Skulk smirked from hearing Ithavol's words."Normaly,I'd kick your ass for saying that...but I'll just let the demon do that for me..."he said as he raised a barrier infront of him and Akarutei.

"What the hell?"said Akarutei as he saw that he was trapped in the barrier.

"Sorry, but I can't let you continue fighting...you've already displeased God with your demon energy enough.

Ithavol raised his staff. "This is a symbol of my undying gratitude to the Cardinal Virtues, who oppose God's will because of his tyranny and his "serve me or die" attitude." He pointed the staff at Skulk. "It will also be the staff that your head will be mounted on for all of eternity."

Zu'Coni reached out and grabbed Ithavol's staff. "Aren't you the one that keeps saying fighting will get us nowhere. Incase you forgot Ziodyne is still here."

Ithavol looked at Ziodyne, then to Skulk, and then back to Zu'Coni. "He serves God, though. He is a plague to all of existence, just like Ziodyne." He said the words, but he doubted himself. He wrenched his staff from Zu'Coni's grip and stormed off towards Ziodyne. He held his arms out and called at him. "Hey, you overgrown worm! I'm here, so why don't you have a snack before you go, eh?"

Zu'Coni rubbed her forehead. Ignorant fool. I've had enough of this idiot she thought before joining Ithavol. "Care to do it right this time?"

Ithavol nodded, and started to think. He thought of dozens, hundreds, thousands of "what if" scenarios in which he had never been killed, or his family. It was the first time he'd felt true happiness, not the empty happiness from material possessions.

Skulk couldn't help but laugh at Ithavol and Zu'Coni attempting to fight Ziodyne.
"And whats so funny?"Akarutei asked Skulk.

"They aren't strong enough to take Ziodyne...although that woman might atleast find a way to wound it...I've heard stories about her and she was called a complete genius when it came to battle tactics..."Skulk answered.

"Don't underestimate Ithavol...hes stronger than you think..."said Akarutei while trying to stand up.

Akarutei then pointed his lance to Skulk.

"Let me outta this barrier...or else..."said Akarutei.

"Or else what, you can't kill me...you'll be trapped in here forever if you do."said Skulk with a smirk.

:D

IC- Zu'Coni walked forward, so she was directly under Ziodyne. She began humming a lullaby her mother would always sing to her when she was a child. Ziodyne swirled down and circled around her. His head inches from hers. Zu'Coni smiled. "Poor Ziodyne. All alone. Scared even, I would say. What would happen to you with no one to feed on?" Ziodyne seemed to be effected by those words. "Oh well. Its not like anyone would care if you died. No one loves you." Ziodyne was getting angry. Zu'Coni continued humming as she reached into her jacket and pulled out her dagger. She took it out of its sheath and after sighing at the sight of Ziodyne, jammed it into the demon's throat. Ziodyne let out a high pitched scream as it withered in pain. Zu'Coni pulled the dagger free and was about to stab it again, but the demon disappeared first. Zu'Coni put the dagger back in her jacket and turned to face the group. She raised an eyebrow at them and smirked.
