I need some help from you guys. My laptop won't charge. What's the problem? It's about the charger, because the charger is on.

Nothing in the system can disable charging when the charger cable is connected, so it`s prolly either, the battery or the charger. You can try carrying it to the shop where you bought it from, so they`d try a new charger(that shouldnt be a problem) before buying a new one OR it could be the batteries fault, they could just put a new one in. If your warranty still hasnt expired, then just make them switch the things.

More than likely a bad battery, seen people with this problem before and 9 times out of 10 its the battery and not the charger.

I've solved the problem. But the wire from the charger to the laptop only works if I move it until it works. Even if it works now, I'll buy a new charger. You may lock this thread, DD. Thanks to Keaton for the advice .
