NO GOD PLEASE NO.
I always stare my eyes out waiting for the freaking button image to appear. It takes all my attention away from the game and the surroundings therein. Besides, you don't need skill to press a button. I'd rather see them implement something entertaining.

No, QTEs are good for nothing but the killing of brain cells.

I don't mind QTEs. I am a huge fan of God of War, the mother of QTEs, and there they didn't bother me at all.
It's just nice to look at.
Bayonetta had a crap load of QTE's too. Some were so outrageous that it actually felt like i was doing something (very similar to GoW) but Asuras Wrath is now the Mother of QTE's

Asura's Wrath is a ****ty game and I will not glorify it, by talking about it. Played demo and I felt violated.
Can't speak for Bayonetta, never had the urge to play it.

It's not the precence of QTE that concerns me but rather the application of them.

If a QTE doesn't slow down the flow of the game then groovy, if it adds to it then so much the better. It's when they get in the way that I take issue.

I like QTE's, but i hope they're not in...they just don't fit with the universe or style of DmC or DMC....they slow ya down too much...in GoW it makes sense because Kratos is hitting them as hard and brutally as he can and power reduces speed, but in DMC/DmC Dante is too powerful to be slowed down like that

RE: ASURA'S WRATH
I've played the demo and thought it was quite good. It isn't released in the UK until this friday (thanks Capcom...)

As much as i hate QTE's, I'd still buy DmC.

I played the demo. It was boring, controls were unnecessesary, since everything is being done by QTEs and combat with smaller enemies (like the guy on the moon) leaves you completely clueless as to what to do.
Imo a really crappy game.

yea i think think DarintheUnsent was talking about Bayonetta being a fun game. Asuras Wrath should of been priced way lower than 60 dollars. As for Bayonetta, it is a really fun game with high replay value, but the story....errrm..>_<

Asura's Wrath was $60? I thought that price only went to games with...idk, history?
ps. bout Bayo's story...She's a witch, her dad instigated the end of the world (and a creation of a nu one) and Enzo has bad luck :D

$60 is the standard price for a new game in the US it doesn't matter if it is from new series or an established franchise.

Everyone calm down, this is from a highly unreliable source that has no proof to support this claim. They probably won't be in it, judging by the style of this game.

Dude really? Gamesradar is a credible games site that loves to be sarcastic. That's what they were being in the article. It's plain as can be.

I honestly don't see how so many people could think they were being serious.
