Say hi to the resident anthro expert.
An anthro is any character that is part human, part animal, and it can be any amount of either. The most recognized forms are furries and scalies, if that helps.

I'm... Actually not sure. I don't think they're generally accepted as anthros, but since they can theoretically assume anthro form, I'd say they are.
