So we could give them time to reveal this mystery, I mean Dev's. Only they know who voice who.

J. Jonah Jameson: PARKER! I want to see you in my office in five minutes. And you better have those prints.

Dante: Who the **** is Parker?

Lol. I meant the whole I-do-this-because-someone-has-to-but-I'm-feeling-really-unlucky-being-the-one-at-the-moment---tone that he uses when he speaks.
Also when he takes his guns, the way he says Ebony/Ivory I missed you etc. reminds me the carefree way in which Spider-man usually appears to handle the situation - even though in his head he is afraid/anxious/etc. XD

His voice sounds more... natural to me. Ruben is good at portraying cliche' anime cool, but always sounds like he's exhaling his lines trying so hard to be.

That's what i am thinking too. But it may be Reuben with a natural voice?

Ninja theory usually uses real thespians in their games. Remember, it's not just voice their facial expressions are captured in real time as well. Ruben is not an actor, he's a stuntman.

Yeah, Ninja Theory used facial motion capture in both Heavenly Sword and Enslaved to make the facial expressions look more realistic - and they've done it well! Thanks to Andy Serkis, the man who was the face of Gollum in Lord of the Rings. I really hope he is part of making DmC as well.

That would only be a part of the fanbase - a part most likely replaced by new fans of the new DmC.
I doubt that many new people are going to replace more then half of the fanbase, if the game sucks the fans who at this time don't like dmc, and going to tell there friends not to get it and so on. but I hope itz good and NT dont **** this up, oooo and by the way NT don't have a big fanbase to begin with, so if they keep making people mad there ****ed.

There are still many factors to be considered: Will they manage to win the fans over with something (Unlockable costumes, trailers, story, gameplay, word of mouth)? Will the game go over well with the critics? Will the game even be good? How will people who don't play DMC respond to this new DMC?

The game can still suck and succed or perform and fail. There is not enough data yet to predict any of it.

yeah as you mentioned a good way to bring some fans of the original DMC series would be to have unlockable costumes of original dante, and DmC will definitely create its own fanbase, especially to those who are interested in hack n slash games, but never played the original dmc series.
