Best way to get a focal point is usually to get the background and render how you want, apply the image, gaussian blur then erase render etc for the focal.

Anywho, I just made this I'm happy with it. Just had no overall direction when I started, but I like the subtle halftone effect.

The photo I scanned from Tite Kubo's art of Bleach book, I removed the background, then added a brick wall, added a few filters (Color Halftone, Ink Outline, Smart Blur). For the text I rasterized the text layer, then selected around it to cut out part of the photo under the paint splatter (which was a brush). That's about it!

^ Just try on smaller sizes, and get to use at least, all the tools available. The Filters get boring very fast.

Thanks, I always forget to look at the height. Of al my years of using this program I always come back to filters, I have no idea why.. I'm like a filter addict lol
