I've always liked ToCool's sig. I always thought there was a rule about offensive sigs (with an f-bomb, technically it is), not unless I'm thinking of The no porn in sigs rule.

Its really a comedy like sig that does not use any sort of profanity.

I dunno. Heh, now that I know it was meant for comedy, I feel kinda dumb. Sorry bout that.

I figured as much.

If he did mean "bantering" however that is not true since we obviously were not bantering at eachother we were debating opinions at eachother.

The meaning of bantering is to poke fun or tease at eachother in a jokingly manner.

The 2 of us obviously were not doing that.

Just a quick FYI.

But that's how I read it. Needless banter, bickering between two people who just wanted to prove he was right and the other was wrong. It wasn't a debate, it was on the same level as "my dad can beat your dad", and it turned this thread into $hit. It was disrespectful to the OP and the other users on this forum who wants to discuss the actual topic of this thread.

So please, can we go back on topic?

Edit: Why can't I write $hit? Is there some mature filter on this forum?

Thats not what bantering means.

but whatever you have your opinion on the debate/bickering and I have mine.

But know that YOU where the one that brought this subject back up not us.

We both knew that it was offtopic and decided to end it obviously until YOU brought it back up with your comment.

So yea we can get back on topic assuming no one else brings it back up this time.

Yeah, there is a mature filter on here. Steve, the creator, put it there to make the forum more family-friendly, and posters are asked to keep it that way too.

As I said there IS a solution and the solution is for people to be more respectable towards others opinions. If someone does not like it let them have their opinion and if someone does let them have their opinion.

Its not a matter of NOT wanting people voice an opinion its about respecting other peoples opinions while still freely discussing your own. Without debate or discussions forums wouldnt exist so we dont want people to 'shut up and wait' its just there are ways of going about it rather than merely arguing a case. People wont change their opinion just because someone else is trying to force theirs onto them but it does help see things from both points of view. Just have to accept that the other person is entitled to think how they do and they dont need to come across to your way of thinking, merely understand it.

Its the people that merely come here to start arguments and dont care about anyone elses opinions that we would rather shut up or went elsewhere.
 
This game is just like DMC4 pre-release. People judge it too quickly. However, it did kill the previous DMC with it being a reboot, either kill or stall it, I have no idea. So yeah, I think it deserves a little hate. <.<

I like the game as an original thing though, as a game of it's own. But isn't. That's the only thing that bugs me. .-.
