And there must be other nationalities for DMC to touch up on. Other cultures that can relate to the demons for hunters to hunt.

Well was thinking about a half-breed born outside of the Sparda family. Also I could imagine the character having a DBS Broly vibe as well, as his Devil Trigger could be almost like the Legendary Super Saiyan vibe.

Hmm...a Hybrid whose Devil powers are uncontrollable and manifest in a berserker-esque state, getting stronger as he takes more damage and therefore more angry would certainly be an interesting choice - both in terms of narrative and trying to form a gameplay style around.
