Personal issues with one another... Take it to PM.
As for the DmC VS MGR... I didn't know it was a competition. I know some of the less intelligent fans of the franchises want it to be, but in reality there are none. Capcom and Ninja Theory aren't having some battle or feud with Platinum Games. It's all in the heads of the fanbases. It's only the fans who are charging into one another, not the companies or their games. There is no real fight to be had here.
All in all, it is up to the individual what they want to do with the games that are out. Wether they choose to buy DmC or MGR, or even both... Or maybe even neither. And it is up to themselves to do so for whatever reason they choose.
Here's what I don't understand though... In my personal opinion, I find MGR to be less fun. Yeah, it was indeed fun for as long as it took, but the lack of replay value, the short length of the game and the less-than-interesting story had me bored with the game. I had high expectations for MGR and it came right back to bite me in the behind. The gameplay is nice, but you more or less have it all served from the start without much to expand on... MGR really disappointed me.
DmC... I still play DmC. And I am going to play the DLC too. Not going to bother buying the MGR DLC though.
