What he said was basically "DMC hasn't been what I intended it to be for many years and you're all fags for thinking otherwise. DmC is not any more of a botched mess than DMC 2-4. Original DMC huzzah".

yup, pretty sure kamiya didn't intend vergil to be a clone of sesshomaru considering that he considers the novel canon to the series

Why shouldn't I compare to how DmC sold with other the same month? Why? To avoid to have it in any bad light at all? I did what you asked for and didn't compare DmC sales with DMC4 sales. Everything else is free game.

Wrong, the real purpose of this thread was to show what the series creator weighed in on with his view on the game, no more, no less. Thank you for making presumptions as to my intentions though.
 
All I can say after sitting through the last 5 pages:

First I check it out, then I try to understand it, with great patience. Every
post, I read. Until, with great dissatisfaction, I am speechless. In
the end, none are satisfied.

Then I go and attempt to respond to any of these things but end up not bothering with it. I must say It's comical to see how off base these topics get all while just reverting back what we have here ^^

Please note the DMC4 tribute! Or else it will just be awkward :blink:

You're right,in a way. Threads like these whose purpose is to share information and discuss it usually get derailed because Alchemist feels the need to spout his nonsense when we,the terrible "anti's kids -__-" join the discussion and dare to question his amazing perfect game DmC DMC.

And then when we defend ourselves,we somehow derail his thread with godawful negativity. amusing indeed..

Alchemist, calm the **** down. Seriously. I know you want to defend DmC with all your heart, its understandable. Sometimes I want to just sit for 5 hours straight fighting with people about it. But sometimes you just have to stop and just tell yourself "no, you're being irrational, just leave things where they are."

You will follow the rules or be banned its that simple, if you dont get on with someone add them to the ignore list. Dont fill our forum threads with these childish arguments & silly little back & forths. Takes 2 to argue & it goes for anyone else with this attitude too, WE wont take this off you lot either so follow the rules or expect a swift exit.

Amusing? Personally id say embarrassing as it makes everyone look like children who havent learned how to communicate in an adult manner. People who stomp their feet & shout when they cant get their own way.
