My biggest thing is if you can see clearly that you (lionheart) have made a post and it is in a DmC section and i am completely aware you dont like DmC and i can safely assume that your thread is most likely about how you dont like DmC and i know that this forum has no number on how many times people can post and that i dont have to read what you have posted...IM NOT GUNNA READ IT LOL!!!!...(also your name on here is the name of my favourite final fantasy dissidia duodecim special attack hats off to you sir)

Exactly my thoughts! I mean, they come to this thread saying they know my views and don't need to hear them again, but then, why are they on this thread in the first place? Just to say that they ''don't want to hear it''? Well, who are you to decide for others what they can and cannot read? There's more people on this forum than just you, you know

And then they misconstrue what I tried to do, namely disprove the theory that people who dislike DmC dislike change. Instead, they say they think I just posted this thread to hate on DmC. ...Really? I don't even really hate it, and they know that too XD

Hah, thanks! Yeah, I based my name on Squall's final gunblade in Final Fantasy VIII, and his Limit Break (special attack) in that game :)

Anyway, I think it's clear some people just love to attack others - they like everything that comes with it. This thread hasn't been closed yet, but I would like it to be, please.

Off topic: Squall's my second favorite FF character (second only to Bartz)

Wish I could play Dissidia so bad right now :(

On topic: Seriously though, you can post whatever you want. You're not hurting anyone personally so I don't see what the big deal is. And you have organized thoughts, reasons to back them up and yet people get bent out of shape because it's something they don't agree with.

It's criticism. People do it. And no matter what, it's never gonna stop. Learn to take it. Don't get mad about it

Well, I have to disagree on that.
Criticism is: decently letting people know the flaws and strong suits of their comments.
Criticism is NOT: attacking people for what they believe by posting sarcastic, snarky comments. There's constructive criticism and destructive criticism, and this thread shows a multitude of destructively critical comments.

Yeah, I liked him as well, because I could relate to him, too. I used to be a pretty closed person myself, so it just made me understand him even more. Aside from that, he just looks cool and never acts like a douche without a reason . Even his attacks are awesome. I like characters like Auron and Seifer too, though.

Yeah, thanks, man! I'm hoping people will just calm down again. It seems my account can't be deleted completely, so maybe I just need to leave it like this for a while, and just stay for the time being, until a new game is released to talk about.

Or I could just ignore those three people I've had enough of, and hope they'll just leave things be, instead of getting sarcastic again.

Either or im sure work :)

Either way, I'm going to no doubt take a break. There hasn't been much to talk about for me lately, and I have to get busy translating that entire website I talked about before. I'm even being paid for it :woot:. I just hope that's it for this thread. Thanks.

Nice sounds like a good job and yah hope so

If you don't want people to react to your opinion then keep it to yourself

If you don't want people to react to your opinion then keep it to yourself

Like I said, I wanted to disprove the idea that people who dislike DmC dislike change. I did that, and that's all I wanted to do - I wasn't looking for an argument. Besides, there's two ways to react to my opinion; in a constructive way and a destructive way. If it's the second, they should expect a harsh response to put them in their place. Not that I'm looking to put people in their place - I just wanted to share something without people going apes*it, lol.

Ummm hi? this is a forum people post opinions on it people also have this thing called freedom of speech which states they can say w.e they want when they want too and should be able to do so without worrying about what people think and he has no problem how people react to his opinion its that they choose to look into his opinion knowing they wont like it that makes them ridiculous

I've noticed it's actually a very unpopular stance here. I've been getting a lot of flak for it, and a lot of people who dislike DmC get hated for it as well. And people don't usually give much thought to my views here (often because I post them as responses),
I understand why you made this thread, but what I don't understand is why you didn't expect having an unpopular stance or getting flack for not liking DmC that much. Whether or not this forum is made for anything pertaining to DmC is irrelevant, the fact stands that there are more people here that dislike DmC than like it. So it shouldn't be any surprise to you that you would have an unpopular stance. And, also about you getting "flack" about it and people saying "You just hate it because you dislike change" there fanboys of EVERY iteration of the DMC series, so you getting flack for it and people making incorrect claims about you shouldn't have been unexpected either.
If you had gone to the DMC3 forums and expressed disliking or started pointing out flaws(legitimate or not) about DMC3 you would have just as many (if not more) people disagreeing with you or giving you flack as there are here. The same could be said for DMC1 forums(but perhaps not DMC2 forums).
