if you use mozilla go to:

Tools
options
advanced
languages
choose
select a language to add
pick which japanese you want
add
select


But do this when your on a japanese site, otherwise DMCF turns into japanese, i know, i have done it before! lol

its very annoying to see everything in japanese then my name not lol, but when your not sure how to change it back its bad lol, but you just select english not japanese lol

I havent tried this, or tested it so im not 100% on how accurate it will be. But i do know that the wording can be a little messed up sometimes

Anyway, Here it is. Its a translator from Yahoo that i think works fairly well
