exsisting game: vergil.....he represents a somewhat younger version of glaser...........sometimes

Ganondorf/Ganon.
He is just so evil and his lust for power is so intriguing.
Not to mention his epic death scenes in TWW and TP.

But actually, my top 1 might be from Persona 4,

Personally I always enjoyed General RAAM from Gears of War, he was a terrifying monster and hell of a boss (Hell, he was even brought back in Gears 3 in a Campaign DLC)

But of overall Villians of Video Games I have to go with the Marker from Dead Space. While it was not a true Villian in the original (that really belonged to two other characters) but it was the main cause of all the hell that went on in the game and was a major villian in the sequal.

Erm hello! The ultimate video game villain has to be Bowser from the 'Mario' series? No? I guess he's failed a lot hasn't he? Especially when he's up against a moustached plumber.
Anyway....

I guess I'd say Vergil, or Kazuya Mishima from Tekken, even though I don't see them as villains.
